REFUND AND RETURN SERVICE
At ANGEL NAILS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept eligible returns and provide refunds according to the following policy.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
* The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
* Products must include original packaging, accessories, and any included materials.
* Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or personal reasons may not qualify for a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
* The customer ordered the wrong product.
* The customer changes their mind.
* The customer no longer wants the product.
* The product does not fit the customer’s personal preference.
ANGEL NAILS will cover return shipping costs when:
* The wrong item was shipped by us.
* The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
* The product has a verified quality issue caused by our error.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within approximately 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
7. Refund Delays
Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot always be canceled.
